Gutrix AI (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is an AI-powered digestive-wellness app created by PRO Team. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to keeping your health information private and never selling it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address (used for passwordless sign-in via a one-time code).
• Health & wellness data you enter: meals, symptoms, stool logs, hydration, mood, medications, and notes.
• Meal photos: images you choose to capture or upload for AI nutrition analysis.
• Usage data: basic app activity and diagnostics used to keep the app reliable.
• Device tokens: a push-notification token (if you enable notifications).

How we use your information

• To provide the app’s features: meal analysis, your daily Gut Score, insights, and the AI coach.
• To save your history so you can track progress over time.
• To send notifications you opt into (e.g., reminders).
• To diagnose problems and improve reliability and quality.

Gutrix AI is intended for general wellness and educational purposes. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

AI processing

Meal photos and related text may be processed by trusted AI service providers to generate nutrition analysis and coaching responses. We send only what is needed to produce the result and do not use your data to train third-party models.

Service providers

We use reputable providers strictly to operate the app, including:

• Supabase — secure database, authentication, and storage.
• Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging) — push notifications.
• Sentry — crash and error diagnostics.
• AI model provider(s) — meal analysis and coach responses.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. We share data only with the service providers above, or when required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Privacy → Delete account), which permanently removes your data from our systems. You may also email us to request deletion.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and protected with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Gutrix AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
